This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Michelina has had a multi-faceted career that includes being a residential and commercial loan representative, a title insurance representative and a national executive for Unisys and WorldCom. Most notably during her career as an account executive for WorldCom her primary client was the Microsoft Corporation. During her corporate years, she completed the Dale Carnegie Sale and Marketing Course and utilizes those techniques in day to day business. Her love of real estate and client service led her to become a licensed real estate agent.
Today, Michelina has successfully blended her corporate background, excellent client service levels and sales techniques as a Real Estate Agent. During this time she began to focus on creating The MQSells4u Team. Michelina’s leadership and unique marketing style has developed her real estate team to be ranked within the top 5% of real estate agents nationwide. LeAnne has been helping buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia since 2002. Her sales and service career has spanned over 20+ years working with companies such as Nextel/Sprint, 3Com, and Schlage Electronics. LeAnne and her husband have owned several small businesses over the years as well.
LeAnne has been married 23 years and is the wife of a 23 year, US Navy veteran. She is the proud mother of 3 amazing and talented children; 2 boys at Radford University and a daughter at Herndon High School. Her family has lived in Fairfax County for 10 years after doing tours of duty in Greece, Hawaii, California and Florida.
