Michelina helped get our house ready to sell including recommendations, staging, pictures, etc. She sold it for more than we thought we could sell and OVER the list price. She helped us with a new home and got us in UNDER the list price. She’s the person you want on your side! (She helped us through a home which had a bad inspection and saved us a lifetime of trouble too!)
